With Euro 2016 well-and-truly underway, here is a look at what weather conditions can be expected for a few of those matches being played over the coming few days in France.

    Monday, 20th June

20:00 - Russia v Wales, Stadium Municipal, Toulouse
A dry evening is in prospect and it should remain pleasantly warm. There will be some late periods of sunshine giving way to clear spells and just a little patchy cloud. A gentle breeze. Top temperature 20-21C.

    20:00 – Slovakia v England, Stade Geoffroy-Guichard, Saint-Étienne
It looks like staying dry and fine throughout the evening with late sunny spells, giving way to largely clear skies. Winds will be light and variable in direction. Top temperature 17-18C.

    Tuesday, 21st June
17:00 – Northern Ireland v Germany, Parc des Princes, Paris
What looks like being a mostly cloudy day with a little light rain, Tuesday evening will hold on to a fair amount of cloud although some brighter spells will develop. It looks mostly dry but a light shower can not be completely ruled out during the match. A light south-westerly breeze. Top temperature 20-21C.

Across France as a whole, next week should start off fairly dry and settled with no more than one or two showers or patches of rain. Conditions look set to gradually change from mid-week though, initially in the north as some thundery rain begins to develop here. Showery bursts of rain will then become more widespread across the country later in the week and in to the weekend. To follow the rainfall across France, head here
